If you do nothing else consistently in your life, sit. Sit every day. Sit quietly. Sit and accept all that is. Thoughts. Sensations.
All That Is
All that is has no exclusions. All that is includes what we classify as good. What we classify as bad. What we’d rather not admit or accept.
Now Is All
You can’t work to get to now. That’s a concept. The working is part of now. Now includes everything.
